Had a great stay at hotel Julie, went with my girlfriend and we were both very impressed by the room. Everything was very clean and set nicely. Noel was a great host and helped us out, highly recommend to anyone looking for a cool place in stratford

We stayed in Flat 5 and it was absolutely perfect. The space looked like a mix between a Louis Vuitton store and a museum. It was luxurious, elegant, and full of character. There was marble throughout, a stunning antique couch, a beautiful bed, and even the coffee was amazing. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and high-end. Check-in couldn’t have been easier, and we loved the privacy of not having to interact with anyone during our entire stay. We kept saying we wished we could live there. It was that beautiful and comfortable. I was genuinely surprised it was not more expensive considering the quality. The area is fantastic with lots to do within walking distance. My girlfriend and I had an incredible time and would absolutely stay again. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Julie for my birthday and it was honestly perfect. We were in Suite 5 and the room was stunning! Super moody, romantic, and had all the Shakespeare vibes. Every detail felt really intentional and unique, it was such a cool experience. Definitely one of the best little getaways we’ve had. Already talking about going back.

What an amazing boutique hotel! Luxurious, quiet, perfectly appointed old world charm. We stayed in Room 3 on the main floor. So warm and moody. The king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic for a pre dinner snack and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again, perhaps trying one of the other beautiful rooms.

Our first experience with Hotel Julie was extremely disappointing. Just one day before check-in, our reservation was canceled due to a supposed “emergency.” We were left scrambling to find new accommodations, communication was slow, and we had already booked non-refundable activities. The alternatives they offered were vague and unconfirmed, and we ended up paying out of pocket for a last-minute place. At the time, both the owner and manager were unhelpful and took no accountability, which led to a very negative experience. However, under new management, things have improved dramatically. The new team reached out directly, acknowledged the previous issues, and offered us a complimentary stay. They also refunded the additional costs we had incurred, which we genuinely appreciated. This time around, the stay went smoothly. Everything was done via contactless entry, which was easy and convenient. The space was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. While there was no in-person service, everything worked as expected and felt professionally managed. It’s clear the new team is committed to turning things around. I appreciate the effort they made to make things right, and I’d now recommend Hotel Julie as a reliable place to stay in Stratford.

Hotel Julie is a true gem. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including a fridge, microwave and coffee! We chose the smallest room for our one night stay but the high ceilings and smart layout made it feel much larger. The towels, robes and bedding were luxurious. The hotel is walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Stratford. I’m excited to visit again and check out a different flat, they’re all so stunning and unique.

I initially had a disappointing experience with Hotel Julie under the previous ownership when I had booked a room over the holidays and my booking was cancelled the day before. The previous owners also refused to assist me in finding alternative accommodations or cover the additional costs of booking alternative accommodations on such short notice. However, the new owners recently reached out to welcome me back and offered me a free stay at the hotel. They also reimbursed the additional out-of-pocket costs that I incurred from booking an alternative stay last December. I am extremely impressed with the accommodations we were provided under the new ownership. They were accommodating of a late check-out and were very friendly throughout the entire booking process. The room we booked was also beautiful and made this stay a great one for my partner and I. I am grateful to the new owners for taking it upon themselves to correct a situation that was not even their fault to begin with. I would definitely stay with Hotel Julie again!

This was a beautiful room with great attention to detail. Though it's across the river, it's so close to Stratford downtown and nice and quiet. Easy contactless check in. Could be a bit more responsive to questions and could use some more seating in the room! It's for 2-4 people and we were 3 and there were only two stools to sit on. One of us sat on the bed, which is fine but not ideal if you want to snack. Overall would recommend!
